holding a Bachelor of Design (1 st class Honours) from UTS. She has 15 years of experience in the design field, 10 years of which have been in Residential Design and offers professional assistance with:

- In the first meeting with you, we discuss your individual needs, lifestyle and budget.
- This is incorporated into a written document.

Sketch Design |

- Concept drawings are then designed to suit your agreed individual needs and an estimation of the cost of your renovation is given.

Council Submission |

- All documentation for Council DA and CC submitted.
|
| Step 4: |
Construction |

- We provide assistance in the selection of your builder and assist you in competitive tenders and oversee the building project.

| Step 5: |
Furniture, Fittings & Equipment (FFE) |
|
- We design and assist you with all kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe joinery and the selection of all P.C items. This is inclusive of all the choices for tiles, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, carpet, paint colours and curtains.
- We then custom design all your colour schemes, flooring and soft furnishings to finish the project to a beautiful and individual home.
